The Whole 30 Intro… Welcome to your new and improved bod…

Sooo, I’m not typically the, “New Year, New Me” kind of person. However, I stumbled upon this incredible program three days ago. The Whole 30 challenge is not a diet, but a body reset. Over the last 6-7 months I have gone to the gym 3-5 times a week. I have seen great physical changes, but I still feel that my body isn’t running as optimally as it should.

While continued weight loss is my goal, my ultimate desire to complete the Whole 30 program is to get healthy from the inside out. This will be my first time doing the Whole 30, so I do not know the in’s and out’s of the program just yet. I will continue to read the book and start tomorrow, January 1, 2018.
