No Oatmeal, Oatmeal Recipe… *Promise you’ll thank me later*

Hey Guys! So, I was super bummed about the idea of not being able to eat oatmeal once I completed the Whole 30. It is not a part of the Paleo diet, which I am now trying to follow. For many reasons, oats and grains aren’t as great for the body as we have been told. Anyway, getting back to my no oatmeal depression…

I let my mega let down lead me to an amazing no oatmeal, oatmeal recipe that is not only Paleo friendly… it even tastes BETTER than normal oatmeal. Yes, better! Plus, it is suuuuper easy to make! Like running out of the door with two minutes to spare kind of easy. Look below for the recipe…

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash your banana and add the Himalayan salt and cinnamon.
  2. Warm the coconut manna/butter in sauce pan over low heat.
  3. When it’s runny and warm remove from the heat and scoop it into the banana mixture.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
