- Week 1: 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour and mix with 100 ML of kefir
- Week 2: 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour and mix with 100 ML of kefir
- Week 3: 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour and mix with 100 ML of kefir
If you are having trouble finding flaxseed flour, then buy flaxseeds and grind them finely at home. Do not make too much at one time, as you want to ensure each serving is fresh! While on this cleanse and even once you are completed, be sure to be getting your recommended amount of water every day!
