See, not that long and boring! Ok…your list of ingredients below:
1.Organic Peanut Butter. I like organic and from Whole Foods, but you can buy it from wherever you’d like.
2. Simple Banana.
3. Spinach. Popeye was onto something… *Organic is always best*
4. Kale. *Organic is always best*
5. One Green Apple. *Organic is always best*
6. Splash of H20 and a Splash of Orange Juice.
7. Pineapple, Raspberries and Mango.
You guys can add whatever fruits you would like. These are the ones I like most for this smoothie. These fruits are high in enzymes and give you energy as well!
